How long does it take to receive shopping rewards?

Shopping rewards vary by merchant and are typically confirmed within 30 to 90 days of purchase to account for returns. If you do not see your rewards confirmed after 90 days, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team at support@pie.org.

On rare occasions some merchants that operate as seller marketplaces, such as AliExpress, can take longer to confirm transactions, sometimes up to 5 months.

Most ticketing and travel sites don’t confirm cash back until after the event is completed to account for any potential cancellations or changes. We totally understand that waiting this long isn’t ideal—we’d love for rewards to be available sooner too! But as soon as the network confirms your transaction, we’ll immediately make your points available. 

If you did not receive an email that you received pending Rewards points from a store, then the item you purchased may have been on a store-specific exclusions list or you may have another ad blocker (besides Pie Adblock) that interfered with the affiliate link.
