Does Pie take a commission from affiliate links, or do I get the full cash back?

Pie passes 100% of the merchant-funded affiliate commission to you as cash back. Pie makes no money from these affiliate links, so the entire commission is converted into Pie Rewards Points. Pie’s separate revenue sources (e.g., Instant Rewards, direct deals with advertisers) mean it has no need to skim from user or creator affiliate earnings.
