Why can't I get cash back?

If your cash back isn’t showing up for a partnered merchant, it’s likely because you clicked another affiliate link before using Pie.

Here’s how it works: When you click certain links from a creator, coupon site, or similar publisher, they get credit for referring you. Pie respects this by not overriding their referral so they receive the commission for your purchase.

Pie can only offer you cash back when it’s eligible to receive the commission from the merchant. Don’t worry, Pie always passes 100% of merchant-funded affiliate commissions directly to you.

If you’re still having issues, double-check that Pie was the only cash back or coupon tool you used before making your purchase, and that you did not click any creator links to that merchant in the past 7 days.
